This is a beginning Taichi set to build the basics of internal movement.
Eagle Claw Cup tournament at James Logan High School in Union City. This is the last tournament of the year, so come out and support the competitors.

The 3rd Pan-American Kungfu-Taijiquan Championship, is hosted by the Pan-American Wushu Federation (PAWF) and United States of America Wushu-Kungfu Federation and organized by USA National Tai Chi Wellness Foundation and Li’s Wushu Academy. Representative organizations from 23 countries of the Pan-American Wushu Federation will send their National Kungfu teams to participate in this event, and international Wushu guests will be invited to participate in this martial arts event.

Registration Date: Preliminary Registration ends by May 20. Final registration ends by June 10.

Sifu Fong will be speaking at the IMTQA conference at San Jose State University on June 8, 2019, 3:15pm. This is a medical conference on the benefits of Tai Chi for health.
Admission for the conference is $150 per day, but if you are in the medical field, this may be of interest, or your workplace may reimburse the cost. More details at the link below!

Members of the San Francisco Wushu Team performed at the San Francisco Asian Art Museum as part of APIA Heritage Month.
The 2019 Tiger Claw Championships were held on May 18 and 19, 2019 at the San Jose Convention Center. Congratulations and thanks to all competitors, judges, and volunteers for the event, and to Mason Tong for winning two golds!
Grandmaster Fu Qingquan will be presenting two days of Yang taichichuan workshops on May 17 and 18, 2019 in Sunnyvale, California. $150 for one day or $250 for both. See flyer below.
