“The Belt and Road” Chinese Tai Chi American Tour is coming to Fremont and San Jose, California on February 8 and 9, 2019. Two days only! Great workshops, demonstrations, and teaching by world-famous grandmasters. $50 for one day or $80 for both Friday and Saturday. The recipient of the 2018 Outstanding Wushu Athlete Scholarship is Queenie Lee. She was also selected to be the 2019 Calwushu Team Captain. The NCWAA selects each year an Outstanding Wushu Athlete to receive a scholarship.

Chengdu has put in a bid for the 2021 University Games to FISU. This will mean that Wushu and Sanda will be part of the 31st Universaide. FISU will be going to inspect Chengdu in January to complete the bidding process.
Today is the first International Wushu/Kungfu Day. Spend some time reflecting on the nature of the sport, or sharing it with friends.
Opening ceremonies are tomorrow! Sifu Bryant Fong and the USA team have made their way from Hong Kong to Macau for the 2018 FICU World University Wushu Championships. Members of the 2018 team proudly represent various colleges around the USA.
